Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in retail, F&B, or logistics, particularly in areas involving both online and offline channels
- Strong understanding of offline store operations and digital ecosystem (e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery platforms)
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams (store staff, riders, supervisors)
- Solid analytical skills, especially in reviewing sales data and financial reports
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools, POS systems, and reporting software
- Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and results-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes

- Manage store Juicible & Imperfashion stores
- Supervise and enhance the performance of Tip Hub Juicible Keliling
- Handle petty cash and consolidate financial reports
- Analyze sales and operational performance data
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to implement O2O promotions and programs
- Oversee human resource operations for stores and hub
- Act as a liaison between central management and field operations
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
