Job Description:
1.Prepare and cook ramen, side dishes, and other menu items according to Menya Beast’s recipes and standards.
2.Ensure food preparation, portioning, plating, and presentation meet quality standards.
3.Maintain consistent taste, texture, and food quality during service.
4.Prepare and organize ingredients before and during operational hours.
5.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and work area.
6.Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
7.Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages or kitchen-related issues to the supervisor.
8.Work efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining food quality and accuracy.
9.Coordinate with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
10.Assist with daily kitchen preparation, closing procedures, and other operational tasks as needed.
