Job Description:
- Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation workstations, including dishes, cookware, and utensils.
- Prepare and cook Western and Indonesian cuisine dishes following company recipe guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all food health and safety regulations.
- Track kitchen inventory and manage supply orders.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and organize proper storage.
- Follow correct handling procedures for each position.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
- Communicate assistance needs during busy periods.
- Inform Food & Beverage service staff about menu specials and out-of-stock items.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook specializing in Western and/or Indonesian cuisine in the Food & Beverage/Restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Ability to prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Willing to work in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Passionate about the F&B industry, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Understanding of kitchen equipment usage standards (mandatory).
