Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the same position
- Knowledge of traditional/indonesian foods, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Have a strong background in the FnB or Hospitality Industry
- Strong adaptability with different and fast-paced environments.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
