Qualifications:
- Min. 1-2 years of experiences at related fields (Japanese company/restaurant is a plus)
- Good in english
- Expertise in cooking Japanese food (Kushi, Sushi, Katsu, etc)
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of food safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently with all the kitchen equipment, and collaboration with the team members
- Understanding operating POS system is a plus
Job Description :
- Assist with the dining experience by preparing food according to company recipes, using proper food handling and sanitation techniques, and adhering to food quality standards
- Involve in food preparetion, cooking, and plating creations
- Maintaining food stock and reporting to kitchen leaders
- Do Service to customer & can operating POS
