📍 Be Tu Na – Sirip Biru, Denpasar, Bali
We are looking for an experienced Cook with strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine to join our kitchen team and ensure consistent food quality and smooth daily kitchen operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook, preferably in Chinese cuisine
- Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
- Experienced in preparing dishes using techniques such as stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, and braising
- Able to handle and prepare seafood and other kitchen ingredients properly
- Able to maintain consistent taste, quality, portion, and presentation
- Good understanding of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen SOP
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Indonesian Citizen currently domiciled in Bali
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine according to recipes and company standards
- Perform daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are properly prepared
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion, quality, and presentation
- Properly handle, store, and prepare seafood and other ingredients
- Ensure the kitchen and workstations are clean and organized
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOP
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food waste
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Report any ingredient shortages, quality issues, or operational problems to the Supervisor/Chef
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by Management
