Deskripsi pekerjaan Cook (Restaurant) LOYO & BONDAR
As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety standards, while working closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Cook main dishes, appetizers, and desserts based on customer orders.
- Ensure the taste, presentation, and quality of all dishes remain consistent.
- Manage food stock and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain kitchen equipment in proper working condition and follow operating procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and hygienic, in line with food safety standards.
- Comply with health and safety regulations in all cooking processes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide guidance to Assistant Cooks when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in restaurants or the F&B industry.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
