Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School or equivalent; a background in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is highly preferred.
Cuisine Expertise: Proven experience and proficiency in preparing Nusantara and Chinese dishes.
Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of professional kitchen workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Physical Stamina: Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment for extended periods.
Working Conditions & Flexibility
Shift Work: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Mobility: Must be willing to be transferred, rotated, or relocated to any of our outlets as per operational requirements.
