Cook Helper for BB52 Burgers Ubud
Job Description
• Assist in preparing ingredients such as cutting, portioning, and basic food prep
• Support kitchen team in cooking and assembling burger menu items
• Ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist in stock handling, storage, and inventory checking
• Help in receiving and checking incoming goods
• Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and tools
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Assist in minimizing food waste and maintaining efficiency
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen or similar role (F&B experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Familiar with handling simple cooking tasks (cutting, prepping, assembling)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours
• Willing to learn and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
