In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our food preparation. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the cook in preparing a wide variety of traditional Penang dishes, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.

- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.

- Assisting with the preparation of meals for large groups during peak hours, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

- Ensuring that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards, contributing to the overall dining experience.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for food and community. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

- Candidates should have completed their Senior/Vocational High School education.

- Previous experience within the food industry, specifically between 1 and 3 years, would be advantageous.

- A strong foundation in home cooking, with a particular emphasis on the ability Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and an understanding of catering management principles.

- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
