Deskripsi pekerjaan Cook Helper/Kitchen Assistant WET PLATE KITCHEN
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables and other basic ingredients.
- Keep workstations, counters, and floors clean and sanitized.
- Wash dishes and kitchen tools as needed (dishwashing may be part of the role).
- Assist cooks with simple tasks like restocking supplies, fetching ingredients, and preparing garnishes.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene rules (proper handwashing, storage, labeling).
- Take out trash and recycling at the end of shifts.
