- Set up and stock the cold station with fresh ingredients before each shift.
- Plate dishes with speed, precision, and artistic consistency.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) in reach-ins and walk-ins.
- Ensure all health and safety standards (HACCP) are met, especially temperature control.
- Work cleanly and communicate smoothly with hot line and expeditors.
