WE ARE HIRING – COOK (COLD SECTION)

Santanera is looking for a professional, passionate, and detail-oriented Cook to join our Kitchen Team, specializing in the Cold Section.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Previous experience working in a cold kitchen section (Garde Manger).
• Good knowledge of food preparation, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Professional attitude and a genuine passion for cooking.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the team.

Working Hours & Conditions:

• 8 working hours per day, with a 1-hour break.
• 40 working hours per week.
• 5 working days and 2 days off per week.
• Job Type: Full-time, Contract.
• Must be domiciled in Bali.
• Able to join immediately.
