Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and company standards.
* Operate wok stations and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
* Monitor ingredient quality and assist with stock management.
* Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
These responsibilities align with common Chinese cuisine cook roles, including food preparation, wok cooking, hygiene compliance, and inventory awareness.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cook specializing in Chinese cuisine.
* Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
* Skilled in wok cooking, stir-fry preparation, and high-volume kitchen operations.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
