We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and serving Chinese, Hong Kong, and Asian comfort food , hardworking, and willing to grow with us as we expand in Bali.
Your Job
We are hiring a Cook/Chef (non-senior Level) who has basic to moderate experience in Chinese or Asian cuisine. You will work closely with our team to prepare dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure consistent quality.
Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and cook Chinese/Asian dishes according to our standards
✔ Assist with food prep and ingredients
✔ Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene procedures
✔ Support the owner in daily kitchen operations
✔ Manage stock for basic ingredients and report low supplies
✔ Buy groceries/ ingredients as well. All reimbursed of course
✔ Follow recipes and instructions accurately
Qualifications
✔ 1–3 years experience in a kitchen environment (preferably Asian/Chinese cuisine)
✔ Able to cook basic Chinese/Asian dishes or willing to learn quickly
✔ Hard-working, disciplined, and willing to follow instructions
✔ Able to work efficiently during busy hours
✔ Team player with good attitude
✔ Already based in Bali OR willing to relocate
✔ Basic English is a mandatory.
