Deskripsi pekerjaan Controls Engineer (Dhoho International Airport) PT. DEXTER WIKA SINERGI

We are seeking a Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated systems, electro-mechanical controls, and excellent troubleshooting skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of control systems, performing device-level validation, and providing critical insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system I/O and device-level checks and validation.

• Troubleshoot and correct issues with PLC, field devices, and network components.

• Test, validate, and troubleshoot communications and control networks (Ethernet IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Profi-bus, AS-I, CAN).

• Diagnose and rectify PLC faults efficiently within tight deadlines.

• Provide clear reports on system status to both internal and external customers.

• Conduct mechanical adjustments to installed equipment.

• Write incident summaries and generate reports as required.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.

• Experience with SCADA systems, IT Networks, and tools like Simatic Step7.

• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and troubleshooting.

• Practical knowledge of I/O bus systems (ASI, Profibus, Profinet).

• Familiarity with electro-mechanical components, control cabinets, and field wiring.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field is required.

• Experience in supporting automated systems using electro-mechanical skills.

• A service-minded, proactive approach with great troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems is a plus.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

Soft Skills:

• Strong commercial attitude.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills for interactions with customers and internal teams.
