Job Description
Supporting the telecommunication bidding, including creating commercial solution, replying RFQ and compiling bidding document.
Participating in the contract creation, negotiation and signing.
Participating in the contract management, including contract documents management, contract quality management, etc.
Responsible for the contract processing as per the company regulation
Other contract related work as per the Contract Manager
Requirement
Bachelor degree in international trade, international financing, international economic law, international project management major
Good command of English both oral and written, Chinese fluency is mandatory
Ever involved on day-to-day telecom equipment contract matters (negotiations, preparation material for contract, managing of disputes, etc)
Familiar with transaction law, especially telecom industry
Have good skilled at Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, PPT.
Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and effectively at all levels in the organization
Good analysis and communicate skills, good team player.
