JUNIOR CONTENT PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
(Indonesia-based)
Design · Video · Social Media Production
Goshen Aligned | Southeast Asia
About Goshen Aligned
Goshen Aligned is a Singapore-based company operating across Southeast Asia; hiring for our Indonesia subsidiaries, businesses and projects spanning media, intellectual property, technology platforms, digital commerce, creator ecosystems and brand activation.
Our work connects content, communities, creators, merchants, technology and offline-to-online experiences. Our regional activities also include collaborations involving Japanese character and entertainment IPs, media properties and commercial platforms across Southeast Asia.
We are building a growing content operation across multiple brands and social media channels and are looking for a young, highly trainable production talent to grow with us.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Content Production Executive — Design & Video to help turn approved content concepts, briefs and creative directions into finished social-media assets.
This is not a senior creative position.
You will not be expected to develop our overall content strategy from scratch.
Our content direction, systems, formats and workflows will be provided.
Your responsibility is to become exceptionally good at executing them accurately, quickly and consistently.
Think of yourself as the production hand that takes something from:
Brief → Visual Production → Video/Edit → Quality Check → Publication-Ready Asset
Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
We care much more about talent, attitude, learning speed and quality of execution than the number of years written on your CV.
What You Will Do
* Produce social-media graphics, carousels and visual posts from provided briefs and references.
* Edit Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts and other short-form content.
* Create basic motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, typography and visual effects where required.
* Adapt approved content into different platform formats and dimensions.
* Follow existing brand guidelines, templates, references and production SOPs.
* Find and prepare appropriate visual assets when required.
* Make revisions quickly based on feedback.
* Perform final quality checks before content goes public.
* Check spelling, grammar, typography, subtitles, logos, CTAs, alignment, dimensions and basic visual consistency.
* Work comfortably with English-language content.
* Help identify obvious mistakes or inconsistencies before publication.
* Maintain properly named and organized source files, assets and final exports.
* Use AI tools where appropriate to improve production speed and quality.
* Learn new tools, formats and production methods as our system evolves.
What We Are Looking For
More Important Than Experience
We are specifically looking for someone who is:
* Highly trainable
* Indonesian
* Fast at understanding instructions
* Comfortable receiving detailed feedback
* Able to improve noticeably from one revision to the next
* Hard-working and disciplined
* Responsible with deadlines
* Detail-oriented
* Curious and willing to learn
* Comfortable doing repetitive production work accurately
* Able to work independently after a process has been taught
* Not defensive about revisions
* Reliable and honest
* Able to ask when something is unclear rather than silently guessing
* Interested in becoming significantly better over time
We do not require many years of work experience.
A talented fresh graduate with the right attitude can be a stronger candidate than someone with several years of experience who is difficult to train.
Basic Technical Requirements
You should have:
* Good visual judgment in layout, typography, hierarchy and composition.
* Basic graphic-design capability.
* Basic-to-good short-form video-editing capability.
* Working knowledge of at least one design tool such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma.
* Working knowledge of at least one video tool such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
* Good written and reading comprehension in English.
* Ability to proofread basic English copy and on-screen text.
* Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other major social platforms.
* Ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly.
Experience using AI tools for design, research, editing, image generation or production is a strong advantage, but not compulsory.
What You Do NOT Need
You do not need to be:
* A senior designer.
* A senior video editor.
* A professional copywriter.
* A social-media strategist.
* An advertising expert.
* An experienced creative director.
Those are not the reasons we are hiring you.
We are looking for raw capability + strong character + learning speed + execution discipline.
Application — Please Do Not Send Only a CV
Your CV is required, but your CV alone will not determine whether you proceed.
Please submit:
1. Your CV
2. Your Portfolio
Send examples of anything you have personally produced, including university projects, freelance work, personal projects, social-media accounts, posters, videos, Reels, TikToks, carousels, presentations or experimental work.
Professional client work is not compulsory.
3. Your Best Three Works
Choose only three pieces and tell us briefly:
* What you personally did
* Which tools you used
* What you like about the result
* What you would improve if you did it again
4. English Introduction
In approximately 150–200 words, answer:
“Why do you think you could become very good at this role even if you do not have much professional experience yet?”
Please write this yourself.
You may use AI to check or improve your writing, but if you do, tell us how you used it.
5. AI & Tools
Tell us briefly:
* Which design/editing tools you currently use
* Which AI tools you have used
* One example of how AI has helped you work faster or better
6. Social Media
If you have produced or managed any social-media content — including your own personal account — send us examples.
Follower count is not important.
We want to see how you think and what you can produce.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a small practical production exercise.
This exercise is designed to test:
Execution. Attention to detail. English comprehension. Visual judgment. Speed. Ability to follow direction. Response to feedback. Learning speed.
You may be asked to produce a first version, receive feedback, and then improve the work.
We are not looking for perfection in your first attempt.
We are looking very carefully at how quickly you understand what needs to change and how much better your second attempt becomes.
Who Will Do Well Here
Someone who thinks:
“Show me the system. Let me understand it. Give me feedback. I'll get better fast.”
rather than:
“This is how I normally design, so this is how I want to do it.”
If you are early in your career but ambitious, disciplined, visually talented and hungry to learn, we would like to hear from you.
