Job Description:
Daily Content Briefing (Adhikara Group): Develop and construct detailed, clear, and structured daily content briefs for all brands managed under Adhikara Group to serve as a production guide for the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams.
Social Media Copywriting: Craft creative, persuasive, and on-brand captions, on-image text, and short-form video scripts (for TikTok/Reels) that align with each brand's persona.
Content Ideation: Actively collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop marketing campaign concepts and monthly content pillars.
Marketing Copy & Campaigns: Assist in writing promotional materials, including digital ad copies (Facebook/Google Ads), brochures, flyers, or newsletters/email marketing drafts.
Articles & SEO Writing: Produce informative and engaging blog articles or website content while applying foundational SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to drive organic traffic.
Proofreading & Editing: Review, polish, and proofread all text elements prior to publication to eliminate typos, correct grammatical errors, and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice.
Competitor & Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and target audience behavior to generate relevant and high-impact angles for writing.
Job Requirements:
Education Status: Active undergraduate students (minimum 3th semester) or fresh graduates majoring in Literature (English/Indonesian), Communication Studies, Marketing, Journalism, or other relevant fields.
Writing Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating adaptive writing skills (capable of shifting tones between different brands), with a solid grasp of basic copywriting frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS).
Briefing Capability: Ability to think structurally and translate creative concepts into clear, detailed, and actionable content briefs for visual production teams (Designers/Video Editors).
Multi-brand Management: Excellent time management and multitasking skills to effectively handle the daily content needs of multiple brands under Adhikara Group simultaneously.
Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Indonesian (proper grammar/EYD) and professional working proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
Trend & Digital Savvy: An active social media user who stays ahead of the curve regarding the latest internet slang, viral content, and trending digital topics.
Traits & Work Ethic: High attention to detail, proactive mindset, highly creative, receptive to constructive feedback/revisions, and capable of managing strict deadlines.
Portfolio (Highly Prioritized): Must attach a writing portfolio (can include social media sample copies, blog articles, ad copy practices, or previous content brief samples).
