Job Descriptions:
1. Content Development & Lesson Materials
● Develop, review, and update digital English learning materials (lesson plans and
interactive quizzes) for various class levels.
● Develop and adjust Business English learning materials (presentations and
assessments) for professional programs.
2. Learning Platform & Digital Content Operations
● Manage the digital publishing and uploading of digital learning materials into the
company’s platforms.
● Maintain and update interactive digital activities used across various class levels.
3. Quality Control & Program Support
● Manage and resolve content/material errors reported by teachers and internal teams
across different digital learning materials.
● Support EA academic programs and events (such as scheduling English Clubs and
preparing special session materials).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in English language teaching (ESL/EFL), curriculum development, or teaching content creation.
- Proficient English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- High thoroughness in proofreading text, maintaining formatting consistency, and spotting errors or inconsistencies in learning materials.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and basic digital content or design tools.
- Familiarity with English language teaching methodologies, holding an English teaching certification, such as TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test).
