Join our dynamic team at Lèngua as a Content Video Shooter and Editor and help us create compelling, high-quality video content for our clients' brands on social media platforms like TikTok and Reels. You'll be responsible for both shooting and editing videos that capture the essence of each brand, ensuring our content is engaging and visually stunning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Creative Concepts: Work closely with content creators, writers, creatives, and editors to plan and execute video shoots that align with brand goals.
- Shoot Engaging Videos: Capture high-quality, dynamic TikTok/Reels videos that highlight a brand's identity and resonate with audiences.
- Edit Professional Content: Use tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects to edit videos into polished, contextual content.
- Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with the latest TikTok/Reels trends and techniques to ensure our content remains fresh and exciting.
- Experiment with Creativity: Try different shooting styles, camera angles, and editing techniques to create visually appealing videos.
- Direct Talent: Work with on-camera talent to capture authentic, relatable moments.
- Support Larger Campaigns: Contribute your shooting and editing skills to larger campaigns, enhancing the overall visual storytelling.
- Technical Excellence: Ensure proper setup for shoots, including lighting, framing, and sound, and handle post-production tasks like sourcing photos and selecting stock music.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in shooting and editing video content, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on TikTok/Reels or similar platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with phone cameras (DSLR and HD ability is a plus), and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Creativity: Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to produce videos that align with a brand's identity while adhering to TikTok/Reels' style.
- Trend Awareness: Enthusiasm for staying informed about the latest social media trends and viral content.
- Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with various departments.
- Adaptability: Ability to work events and campaigns that may require nights and weekends.
