- Minimum 1 year of experience in short-form video editing.
- Proficient in desktop-based editing using CapCut; Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus.
- Experienced in editing TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content.
- Understands short-form storytelling, pacing, hooks, subtitles, transitions, and sound design.
- Able to create strong visual hooks within the first 1–3 seconds.
- Has a good understanding of TikTok trends, formats, and content culture.
- Strong visual and creative sense with good attention to detail.
- Able to naturally integrate product visuals, key messages, and selling points into content.
- Understands how editing can contribute to content performance, retention, watch time, comp- letion rate, and engagement.
- Able to translate creative briefs, scripts, and content references into engaging short-form videos.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment, particularly for FMCG & Beauty brands.
- Open to feedback and able to execute revisions quickly.
- Portfolio is required (for external source)
