Content Strategist
Location: PIK, Jakarta
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic to develop content strategies that strengthen our brand presence, engage our target audience, and support business growth. You will be responsible for turning market insights and brand objectives into compelling content plans across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
* Create monthly and campaign-based content plans and calendars.
* Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
* Develop creative content concepts, messaging, and campaign ideas.
* Work closely with the marketing, creative, and business teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
* Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging content formats.
* Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and positioning.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, and audience behavior.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop strategic and engaging content ideas.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to translate business objectives into clear and effective content strategies.
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with consumer brands, e-commerce, technology, or lifestyle products is a plus.
