Remote, full-time role for a Singapore fine-jewellery brand, open to candidates based in Indonesia. This is a content role: you plan and make our social content, reels and copy. Paid media, performance marketing and SEO are not part of it. Please apply only if your portfolio shows social content for fashion, beauty, jewellery or luxury-goods brands. You will be employed on an Indonesian contract through our Employer of Record partner, named in your offer. The work address on this listing is a placeholder; there is no office to attend.
ABOUT MAEDRIC
Maedric is a Singapore fine-jewellery brand, founded by a GIA Graduate Gemologist and a jewellery designer. The gemologist sources coloured stones and vets parcels in person, and pieces are made as bespoke commissions or offered as curated stock.

THE ROLE
You own Maedric's content plan and turn it into a steady Instagram pipeline. Email and website content follow from about month three. You work directly with both founders: you propose, they approve.
- Propose the content strategy and the channels it runs on, for founder approval.
- Keep a content calendar at least two weeks ahead.
- Write reel concepts, scripts and shoot briefs that the founders can film from.
- Direct and quality-check our video-editing contractor.
- Turn first-draft copy from our AI drafting tools into finished copy that fits the brand.
- Review content performance each month and say what should change next.
- Act as the founders' single point of contact and coordinate vendors.
Not part of the role: paid media and ad budgets, SEO, and answering DMs or enquiries.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Strong English communication, as a baseline. You work directly with the founders in English, in writing and on calls, so you explain your thinking clearly and flag problems early.
- A portfolio of social content for fashion, beauty, jewellery or luxury-goods brands. This is the main thing we assess.
- Three or more years in marketing, with at least one stretch where you owned a content plan rather than only executing it.
- Short-form video sense: you can develop a concept and brief an editor.
- Copy judgement: you can see why a draft is weak and make it better.
- A reliable remote working pattern: you flag blockers early and bring a proposed fix.
A bonus, not required: working knowledge of video editing, and experience building email campaigns.
PAY AND TERMS
- IDR 7,000,000 – 9,000,000 per month (gross).
- Employed through our Employer of Record, which provides BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, THR and statutory annual leave.
- 40 hours a week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with Singapore business hours (Singapore is one hour ahead of WIB). No routine weekend work. Otherwise your hours are flexible, as long as the work meets the agreed standard.
- Daily check-in around 9AM Singapore time (8AM WIB) and an end-of-day update. You propose the content queue; the founders confirm or re-rank it.
- Your work is reviewed monthly for the first three months, then every three months.
- The exact workload is discussed on the call. Target start: December 2026.

What happens next:
- We review what you send.
- Shortlisted applicants get a short written task.
- A 30-minute video interview, where we go through the exact workload.
- A paid first trial of about 3 hours.
- A paid final trial of 5 to 6 hours, including one revision round.
- Reference checks, then an offer.
We sign a confidentiality and IP agreement before any trial brief goes out. Trial work is paid, and we do not use it commercially without a separate agreement with you. We never charge candidates any fee. We will only contact you from an maedric email address.
