Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies that align with Rosé All Day’s brand identity and goals.
- Create editorial plans and copywriting for various digital platforms.
- Analyze social media insights, track performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop mood boards for photoshoots and video shoots.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and visual production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Ensure content direction aligns with brand vision.
- Stay updated with digital trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative content strategies.
- Optimize content based on audience insights, engagement metrics, and emerging digital trends.
- Create weekly and monthly report on social media content performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content strategy, ideally in beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Strong copywriting, editorial planning, and storytelling skills across digital platforms.
- Experience analyzing social media performance and applying insights to optimize content.
- Able to develop mood boards and work closely with creative and production teams.
- Deep understanding of digital trends, platform behaviors, and audience engagement tactics.
- Excellent project and time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
