Key Responsibilities :
- Create and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Google (SEO & Content Marketing), and offline media to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand goals.
- Translate the brand's positioning, values, and key messages into clear, consistent, and compelling communication that resonates with the target audience across all touchpoints.
- Drive creative discussions and collaborate with the content and creative teams to generate innovative, relevant, and high-impact content ideas and campaigns.
- Develop and guide effective copywriting for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other brand communication needs while ensuring a strong and engaging brand narrative.
- Possess a keen eye for visual storytelling, creative trends, and design quality, ensuring consistency and excellence in the brand's visual identity across all channels.
- Monitor digital trends, market insights, audience behavior, and content performance to identify opportunities and continuously optimize content strategies.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, videographers, and stakeholders to ensure content execution aligns with strategic objectives, brand standards, and business goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Creative Strategy, Brand Communications, Content Leadership, or a related role.
- Experience working with brands in the health & wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, social media platforms, content marketing, and industry trends.
- Experience leading content, creative, or marketing teams.
