What You Will Do (Your Impact)
- Strategic Planning: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and managing our monthly content calendars across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website).
- Compelling Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive, and on-brand copy for social media captions, email newsletters, website banners, and B2B presentation decks.
- Brand Voice Guardian: Ensure all written content maintains Glamore’s elegant, professional, and empowering tone of voice.
- Trend & SEO Research: Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis to keep our content relevant, discoverable, and engaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Multimedia Design Interns and Marketing team to blend visual and written storytelling perfectly.
What We Are Looking For
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Communications, Public Relations, Literature, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A strategic mindset—you don't just write; you know why you're writing it and who you're writing it for.
- A strong portfolio of writing samples (e.g., social media captions, blog posts, articles, or mock campaigns).
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
