Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with business goals across: B2C (Parents – apps, games, content), B2B (Brand Licensing), B2G/B2B (SMK, Campus, Government) with a focus on awareness, education, and conversion.
- Write high-impact copy for multi-channel marketing, including: Social media, Landing pages and websites, Ads (Google, Meta, TikTok), Email and WhatsApp campaigns and ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and conversion-driven.
- Translate product and business value into compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure: Consistency in tone and messaging.
- Analyze and optimize content performance, including: Monitoring metrics, conducting A/B testing, and continuously improving content based on data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in content strategy and/or copywriting (experience in digital marketing is preferred)
- Proven ability to write for conversion and engagement, across: Social media, ads, landing pages, email and campaign messaging.
- Strong understanding of content funnels, audience segmentation, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Familiar with tools such as: Google Docs/Sheet, Analytics tools (GA4, basic performance tracking), SEO/ASO/AEO tools (basic understanding is sufficient).
- Able to turn complex ideas into simple, clear, and persuasive content. Work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Possess: Strong communication and storytelling skills, curiosity and continuous learning mindset, high ownership and attention to detail.
