Job Overview
The Content Producer is responsible for planning and producing high-quality content for tournaments, branding initiatives, and social media platforms. This role ensures timely delivery of visual and multimedia assets that support communication, social media, and brand project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop content strategies aligned with tournament schedules, brand campaigns, and social media calendars
- Multimedia Production: Oversee production of images, videos, live streams, and recorded materials
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines
- Timely Delivery: Manage content production timelines to meet project deadlines
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content production
- Content Optimization: Adapt content for different platforms and audience segments
- Performance Analysis: Track content performance and provide insights for optimization
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain content libraries and digital assets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content production, multimedia, or creative services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual content production
- Proficiency with content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, etc.)
- Understanding of social media platforms and content requirements
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment industry
- Live streaming and broadcast production experience
- Animation and motion graphics skills
- Understanding of Indonesian cultural nuances in content creation
