Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. Now we’re looking for a Content Specialist who who’s passionate about beauty, loves being in front of the camera, and knows how to turn ideas into eye-catching content. 💖
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Content Specialist, you’ll be the strategic and creative force behind Judydoll Indonesia’s digital presence — crafting and executing content that not only captures attention but also drives measurable business results. You’ll work closely with our creative, KOL, social, and HQ teams to develop high-performing campaigns, blending beauty storytelling with data-driven insights to boost conversions.
Your mission: turn creative ideas into impactful content that builds brand love and motivates our audience to take action.
🎬 Your day-to-day includes:
- Develop content plans and scripts for Video Ads with the primary objective of driving conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends to uncover conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with and oversee the content creator and video editor team to ensure high-quality output aligned with conversion targets.
- Analyze the effectiveness of content marketing strategies to measure and optimize conversion
performance.
- Strategize and refine content delivery and promotional efforts to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
💄 You’re the one if you:
- Have proven experience in planning, producing, and optimizing digital content with a strong focus on driving conversions.Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok) and how to leverage them for performance marketing.
- Are data-driven, with the ability to analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Are creative yet strategic — able to balance brand storytelling with measurable business goals.
- Stay updated on beauty and digital marketing trends to create content that resonates with our target audience.
- Have excellent project management skills and can coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
