Content Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end content across social media platforms, aligned with business and marketing objectives.
2. Create monthly content plans, editorial calendars, and content pillars for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
3. Produce engaging and high-quality content, including videos, photos, and copywriting, while confidently appearing as on-camera talent when needed.
4. Manage the content creation process, including scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and optimizing content across owned social media platforms.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Product) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
6. Monitor social media performance, audience insights, and campaign results to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
7. Analyze key social media metrics, engagement, and conversion performance, then provide actionable recommendations based on data.
8. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and beauty industry insights to continuously improve content performance.
9. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives through creative and impactful content execution.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or content marketing.
3. Experienced in the skincare, body care, beauty, or FMCG industry is preferred.
4. Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
5. Skilled in creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
6. Understand content strategy, audience behavior, and social media trends.
7. Basic understanding of content analytics and performance metrics.
8. Creative, proactive, communicative, and able to work independently.
9. Willing to work onsite in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
