About the Role
Oynox is looking for a creative and reliable Content Producer to produce visual content for our social media, website, marketplace and marketing activities.
This position is primarily responsible for video production and editing, with additional photography responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to produce approximately 20 content assets per month. Production equipment will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Produce approximately 20 content assets per month, including short-form videos, product videos, educational content, promotional content and photographs
- Prepare simple production plans, shot lists and visual references based on approved content briefs.
- Operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment during content production.
- Record product demonstrations, interviews, events and other company activities.
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, marketplace, website and other digital channels.
- Add subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions and basic motion graphics where required.
- Take and edit product, lifestyle, event and company photographs.
- Adapt content into the required dimensions and formats for different platforms.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding concepts, scripts, schedules and revisions.
- Organise raw footage, photographs, project files and final content using the company’s file-management structure.
- Maintain and use company production equipment responsibly.
- Complete content according to the agreed schedule and quality standard.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production and editing ability is mandatory.
- Able to operate a mirrorless or DSLR camera and understand basic composition, lighting and audio recording.
- Able to edit short-form digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or comparable software.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop or Lightroom is an advantage.
- Understands the visual style and technical requirements of Instagram, TikTok and marketplace content.
- Able to follow a brief while also contributing creative ideas.
- Organised, responsible and comfortable working with deadlines and revisions.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site.
