Job Description

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Producer who specializes in short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current trends, an eye for visually compelling content, and the technical skills to plan, design, create, edit, and publish engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trend Research & Content Ideation:

• Stay up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, including popular formats, audio, and visual effects.
• Analyze competitors and high-performing content to inform strategies.
• Propose new ideas that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  

2. Content Planning:

• Develop content calendars and scripts for short-form videos.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategies with campaign goals.
  

3. Content Creation

• Shoot, design, and edit engaging videos tailored to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Incorporate trending audio, filters, and visual effects to enhance video performance.
• Work with influencers and collaborators to create branded content.
  

4. Content Editing

• Use CapCut and other editing tools to polish videos with professional-grade transitions, effects, and subtitles.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and tone aligned with the brand identity.
  

5. Publishing & Performance Monitoring

• Post content on social media platforms with optimized captions, tags, and hashtags.
• Track performance metrics and adjust content strategies for improved reach and engagement.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience creating TikTok or Instagram Reels content.
• Proficiency in CapCut (or equivalent video editing software).
• Strong understanding of short-form content formats, trends, and social media algorithms.
• Ability to brainstorm and execute creative ideas quickly and effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing short-form content you have created and produced.
• Ability to create script in English and Indonesian
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with influencers or brands in content creation.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance.
• Knowledge of additional editing tools and graphic design is a plus.
