Deskripsi pekerjaan CONTENT PRODUCER (On Site Surabaya) NS TRADE
We're looking for a Content Producer to run the content engine for a founder-led education channel in forex and gold trading. This is a hands-on role: you decide what gets made, write the hooks, and keep the pipeline moving.
You'll work directly with the founder, with no layers in between. The strategy and content pillars are already written — your job is to execute them and make them work on platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research topics and map competitor content in the financial education space
- Write hooks and key points for every piece, not full scripts
- Lead the Q&A during shoot days — you pull the material out of the founder
- Screen every piece against our compliance checklist before production
- Analyze weekly performance data and decide which formats to test next
- Own the publishing calendar and idea bank
REQUIREMENTS
- Have grown a social account from zero and can show the numbers. Small or personal accounts count, as long as it's real and verifiable
- Can explain why a video failed, not just why one worked
- Comfortable pushing back when the founder's topic idea is weak
- Detail-oriented. Our industry is tightly regulated — one wrong sentence carries legal consequences
- Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate. This role is onsite
NICE TO HAVE
- Working knowledge of forex, gold, or risk management. If not, we'll train you in 4–8 weeks
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Familiar with batch content production
