Job Description :
As a Content Planner & Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies across various social media platforms. You will ensure brand communication aligns with our values, drive engagement, and build a loyal community through compelling storytelling and engaging content.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Create engaging copywriting for posts, campaigns, and ads
- Plan & execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement (comments, DMs, broadcast channels) promptly and effectively
- Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Collaborate with Creative & Marketing Teams to execute high-quality content
- Manage and track ad performance on META & TikTok Ads to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry
- Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and experienced with analytics tools
- Strong copywriting & storytelling skills to create compelling and engaging content
- Ability to analyze content performance and implement data-driven strategies
- Strong visual aesthetic sense to align with the brand’s identity
- Always up to date with social media trends & competitor activities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
