Position: MaxNovel App Local operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall progress coordination and schedule management of the novel team's daily work, monitoring daily output to ensure content review and content supply meet deadlines.
2. Act as the communication bridge between the Chinese team and the local Indonesian team, conveying and breaking down Chinese requirements into executable instructions, and providing feedback on issues and needs from the Indonesian team and Indonesian users.
3. Responsible for the overall office management of the Indonesia office, including daily attendance, regular meetings, and activities.
4. Responsible for the basic performance management and evaluation of the Indonesian novel editing team.
Job Requirements:
- Language skills: Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing (HSK Level 5 or above or equivalent);native Indonesian speaker; English as a working language is a plus.
-Work experience: At least one year of project management or coordination experience; experience managing content-based apps, novel, or translation teams is preferred; experience in web novel writing or editing is preferred.
- Basic skills: Proficient in using computers and related office software, such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
