Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and localized content strategies specifically tailored for the Indonesia (and Thailand) markets.
- Create and edit high-performing short-form video ads (Reels, TikTok, Stories) that drive engagement and conversion.
- Plan and execute Livestreaming flows and User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns to build authentic trust.
- Monitor social media trends on FB, IG, and TikTok to produce timely and culturally relevant content.
- Analyze content performance to optimize creative assets for better user acquisition results.
Requirements:
- Language:
- For Indonesia Market: Native or Professional proficiency.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Management, or Creative roles (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome). Proficiency in both languages is a huge plus.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the algorithms and user behaviors of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook in Southeast Asia.
