- Content Creation: Draft engaging contents & captions for social media that simplify HR and payroll topics for our audience.
- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and monitoring our platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), interacting with our community, and staying updated on HR tech trends.
- Market Research: Perform competitive analysis and research industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and brand positioning.
- Outreach & Negotiation: Draft personalized outreach messages and manage initial communications with potential partners to discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Analytics: Help track and report on the performance of social media posts and marketing initiatives to see what resonates with our users
Requirements
- Must be based in Surabaya or willing to commute/relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Indonesian)
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace)
- Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude, a desire to learn about the HR tech industry, and a creative eye for detail.
- Collaboration: Ability to work well in team environment.
