Content Marketing & Social Media specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, reach, and brand awareness.
• Manage and optimize the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Research industry trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze campaign and social media performance using insights and analytics tools, then provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end content creation for social media.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand social media accounts, including increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital trends, and audience behavior.
• Experience creating content calendars and executing consistent social media strategies.
• Proficient in social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere pro, or similar software is an advantage.
• Experience in the architecture, interior design, home décor, or building materials industry is an added advantage.
