Job Description
Lead content strategy and production across client accounts, manage a content team, and ensure all deliverables align with brand goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategy and calendars for clients/brands
- Lead, assign, and review work of writers/creators/junior staff
- Approve final content (brand voice, quality, accuracy) before publishing
- Present strategies and reports to clients; manage feedback and revisions
- Track content performance (engagement, reach, KPIs) and optimize based on data
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in content, social media, or editorial roles
- Prior experience leading a team or managing multiple accounts
- Agency background preferred
- Strong writing/editing across formats (social, script, copy)
- Content strategy, SEO, and social media trends knowledge
- Team management and project coordination
- Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, GA4, etc.) and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello)
- Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
- Leadership and clear communication (especially for client meetings)
- Strategic thinking + creativity
- Adaptable under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented
