Job Description
- Plan and execute content for social media and digital platforms in alignment with the brand's objectives.
- Develop content plans and content calendars based on campaign goals and business needs.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and digital content initiatives.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure content is delivered with high quality and on schedule.
- Monitor and evaluate content performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future strategies.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members to support content planning and execution.
- Participate in on-site content production when needed, including assisting with camera operations during photo and video shoots.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Content, Social Media, or Creative roles.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media management, and content production workflows.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to date with social media trends, platform best practices, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of photo and video production; experience operating a camera is a plus.
- Able to collaborate effectively across teams and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Willing to be involved in on-site content production when required.
