Job Description :
- Keeping up with social media content trends and adapting them into short-form video production for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
- Acting as on camera talent in video content creation.
- Promoting products in an engaging, educational, and persuasive way.
- Hosting live streaming sessions.
- Collaborating with the team to develop creative and effective digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or in a similar role.
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong experience in creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
- Experienced in creating product reviews/demonstrations, particularly content that can visually showcase the product's features, benefits, or results.
- Confident, communicative, and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Able to handle the end-to-end content creation process, from content ideation, scripting, shooting, to editing and publishing.
- Creative, digitally savvy, and possess a strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Proficient in CapCut or other video editing tools.
- Familiar with social media content trends and able to create engaging content that drives audience engagement and reach.
- Comfortable working with engagement metrics and content performance as a basis for content improvement.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work full-time (WFO) in Cibubur, Bekasi.
- Portfolio of relevant content/video work is required.
