Content Creator

Key responsibilities

1. Manage the company's various digital platforms and communicate with consumers (social media, google reviews, websites, etc.)
2. Create content concepts according to the company's character
3. Performing digital trend analysis, especially in the F&B field for material content
4. Collaborating with PR Marketing Officer and Graphic Designers to create advertising content/campaigns
5. Collaborating with influencers and other external parties to increase engagement
6. Edit photos and videos, design according to company needs
7. Respond to consumer comments and questions on digital platforms and customer care
8. Cooperating with the team in providing feedback related to questions, complaints, suggestions, and input from consumers
9. Documentation of products, atmosphere, and activities according to company needs

QUALIFICATION :

1. Male/Female, Max. 30 years old
2. Minim. D3 Communication & Visual Design (DKV), Communication, or related
3. Minim. 2 years experience as Content Creator or related
4. Accustomed to creating content in the field of Food & Beverage
5. Able to use software for design, photo and video editing
6. Up-to-date with trends on social media
7. An active social media user and able to handle company social media
8. Attention to detail and have good public speaking
9. Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
