Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Creator, based in Bandung with flexibility for some remote work. The Content Creator will be responsible for generating engaging multimedia content, developing creative ideas, devising content strategies, and managing digital platforms. Daily tasks include content planning, writing, editing, designing visuals, and utilizing analytics to optimize outreach and engagement. Collaboration with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns is also a key responsibility of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Content Creation, including writing, visual storytelling, and creative production
- Experience with Content Strategy, ideation, and planning for digital platforms
- Skills in Visual Design, Video Editing, and Digital Media tools
- Knowledge of Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and SEO best practices
- Strong attention to detail, Proofreading, and Editing capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in both collaborative and independent environments
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and inform strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
