Plural Clubhouse — Bali
We're looking for a Content Creator to become the daily visual voice of Plural Clubhouse.
This isn't a photographer or videographer position.
We're looking for someone who can consistently create content that makes people want to be here.
Your job is to document the life of the clubhouse—from training sessions and recovery to architecture, food, people, and the small details that define the experience. You should be comfortable shooting on both a camera and an iPhone, editing quickly, and publishing content that feels elevated, authentic, and consistent with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Capture daily photo and video content throughout the clubhouse.
- Edit short-form content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan and publish content across our social media channels.
- Generate content ideas and proactively identify moments worth capturing.
- Maintain a consistent visual standard across all platforms.
- Organize and manage our content library.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to execute campaigns and creative direction
What We're Looking For
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Confident shooting both photo and video.
- Proficient in editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or similar.
- Understands Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content.
- Self-motivated and able to create without constant direction.
- Comfortable moving quickly while maintaining quality.
- Passion for fitness, hospitality, architecture, design, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
