We started at a climbing gym and have since expanded our reach to encompass trekking, hiking, yoga, and running communities. Our collections are a unique blend of natural elements and trendy designs, resonating with adventure-seekers who value both style and comfort.

The need for a Content Creator and Community Manager at Mont Hood is crucial to our continued growth and engagement with our audience. As we expand our product lines and enter new markets, the ability to create compelling, high-quality content that aligns with our brand's spirit and goals is essential. This role will not only involve content creation but also managing and growing our online community. The ideal candidate will bring our brand's story to life, connect with our audience on a deeper level, and foster an online environment that reflects the adventurous, stylish, and spirited essence of Mont Hood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content calendar in alignment with product launches, events, and marketing goals.
- Create compelling, high-quality content for various platforms, including Instagram and Website
- Manage and grow our online community, engaging with followers, responding to queries, and fostering a positive environment.
- Collaborate closely with the team to plan and execute community events, ensuring they align with Mont Hood's adventurous spirit.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to guide content creation and community management strategies.
- Work directly with the Mont Hood team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for collection releases and monthly themes.
- Coordinate with influencers, athletes, and other partners for collaborative content and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation and community management, preferably in the fashion or outdoor industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about climbing, running, and the outdoors, with a keen eye for fashion trends

Our products draw inspirations from Rock Climbing and Nature. We will encourage excursions before making products and will rigorously testing our product in the elements.
