We're looking for a creative, fast-moving Content Creator who’s not only skilled in making short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Shopee Video, and Instagram Reels — but also eager to leverage AI tools (e.g. Kuaizi.ai, Pencil, AdCreative.ai) to boost content performance through data-driven optimization.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, trend-focused environment and is passionate about combining creativity with tech.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shopee Video.
• Adapt content ideas based on audience persona and current trends.
• Use AI-powered tools for:
* Automating content ideation and visual generation.
* A/B testing thumbnails, captions, and layouts.
* Analyzing content performance and adjusting strategy.
• Duplicating 1 video into multiple variations (e.g., changes in hook, caption, color, layout) to avoid algorithm detection or ad disapproval.
✅ Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience as a content creator or short-form video editor.
• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc).
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram algorithms and trends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn AI tools like:
* Kuaizi.ai, AdCreative.ai, Bannerbear, Pencil, etc.
• Creative thinker with a growth mindset and willingness to test.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands or baby product content.
