Content Creator

Heart Troops is a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully crafted based in Jakarta.

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to independently manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to production, on-camera execution, editing, and publishing. You will create engaging, brand-aligned content that strengthens Heart Troops’ digital presence and connects with our target audience, particularly across TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and plans aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and social media trends.
• Independently produce and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms, including appearing as the on-camera talent or model when needed.
• Handle end-to-end content production, including scripting, styling, shooting, video editing, and creating visual assets.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing campaigns and other creative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in content creation, social media content production, or a similar role preferably in fashion/beauty/or lifestyle industry.
• Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation and planning to production, editing, and publishing.
• Proficient in short-form video production and editing, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and serving as a model or talent for fashion-related content.
• Strong creative storytelling, visual sense, and understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience behavior.
• Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and modest fashion, with the ability to create content that resonates with the brand’s target audience.
• Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
