Job Summary

We are looking for a Personal Branding Content Creator to help build and grow the CEO’s personal brand across Instagram and TikTok. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production: from conceptualizing ideas, scripting, video shooting, editing, to designing simple visual content like carousels. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter passionate about storytelling, content creation, and visual communication.

Job Description:

• Develop creative content ideas and storytelling concepts aligned with the CEO’s personal brand.
• Write scripts and create outlines for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, IG Stories).
• Plan, set up, and conduct video shoots using smartphones or lightweight equipment.
• Edit videos creatively for social media platforms (adding subtitles, transitions, effects).
• Design simple but engaging visual assets for carousel posts on Instagram.
• Ensure all video and visual content are optimized for platform-specific engagement.
• Research and apply social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram content trends.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure authentic voice and messaging.
• Maintain a well-organized content archive and workflow documentation.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Content Producer.
• Skilled in basic video shooting and editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Proficient with mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN Editor, InShot) and basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop preferred).
• Understanding of content storytelling, brand tone, and visual consistency.
• Ability to design simple, clean, and engaging carousel posts for Instagram.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple content projects independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially working closely with executive leadership.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bonus: Experience working with personal branding or CEO content creation is a plus.
