Role Overview:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging visual and social media content for Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique and Spice by Blake. This role will work closely with the Creative Manager and MarComm Manager to translate each brand’s identity, campaigns, and marketing objectives into relevant and visually compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute regular content shoots covering food, drinks, chefs, dining experiences, events, collaborations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Produce short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other platform-specific content.
- Edit photos and videos for daily social media use.
- Work closely with the Creative Manager on creative direction, visual execution, storytelling, and overall brand consistency.
- Work with the MarComm Manager to execute campaign objectives, promotional priorities, and monthly marketing plans.
- Develop creative concepts, shot lists, moodboards, references, and content ideas together with the Creative Manager.
- Adapt content style to the different identities and audiences of Mozaic and Spice.
- Capture live content during events, collaborations, guest chef dinners, and other activations.
- Monitor social media and content trends and identify relevant formats that can be adapted for the brands.
- Maintain an organised archive of photos, videos, and other creative assets.
- Coordinate with chefs, restaurant teams, partners, photographers, videographers, and external collaborators when required.
- Support basic copywriting and caption development when needed.
- Ensure all published content follows established brand and creative guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, photography, videography, or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photo and video content creation.
- Comfortable shooting and editing content independently.
- Proficient in tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and current social media formats.
- Good visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and occasionally outside regular office hours for events or shoots.
- Comfortable directing simple shoots involving chefs, staff, guests, products, or restaurant spaces.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Interest or experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brands is highly preferred.
- Based in Bali or willing to work regularly from Ubud.
